![]() | Olive oil Hi lads justa quick question i think im slightly lacking in good fats and was wondering if it is ok to drink olive oil, I have some standard morrisons olive oil and heard it was ok to drink table spoon i mean one a day maybe any help would be fantastic cheers. |

I love the stuff. i was going to tr drinking a table spoon every morning, apart from its good fat benifits it is also good for digestion, joints,bowels ....... there are some very old people in Greece that are very healthy and drink a small glass every morning! if you can, drink the extra virgin, cold press stuff. |

I agree, olive oil is strong so get yourself to Morrisons and get some Hemp oil and/or walnut oil. Walnut oil is really nice, specially in rice or pasta

After a month of having regular olive oil your skin conditions should have improved so much that your friends will remark on it.....
