Lean Beef Burgers

Would there be a harm in having a lean burger everyday ?

About 3-30 pm with a fruit smoothie ?

Its inbetween my dinner and tea.

Would be cooked on a george forman and last time i had one there was hardly any fat on it at all.

Re: Lean Beef Burgers

I make lean mince burgers all the time on the old foreman. Chop an onion up, mix an egg with it, make it up into a burger & your on to a winner.

Lovely with some veg on the side, too.

Have a chat with your butcher you can probably arange something groovy with him if your doing it regular.

Worst thing you can do is go potty for a few days on like 3 in one meal and then get sick of them and still have a fridge full of the blighters.

Re: Lean Beef Burgers

Add a bit of ground coriander, cumin and numtmeg to your burgers it really gives them a lift. You can add mustard too.
