![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Lean Beef Burgers Would there be a harm in having a lean burger everyday ? About 3-30 pm with a fruit smoothie ? Its inbetween my dinner and tea. Would be cooked on a george forman and last time i had one there was hardly any fat on it at all.

Chop an onion up, mix an egg with it, make it up into a burger & your on to a winner. Lovely with some veg on the side,too.
