Unhappy Yet another daily diet to be picked apart please

Hey guys

Just getting back into training yet again after another, luckly minor back problem and wondered if you could shed some light on my diet, i know it needs improving, not taking any sups or gear at the mo as want to get a good base back 1st, im 6,1ish about 88kg with a new ab's covering i like to call the keg (nearly a year of not training and eatting crap for yeah) so i need to cut the fat big time.

6.30 porridge with dried fruit

10.00 chicken breast toastie with mayo

1.00 sweet jacket pot with tin of tuna

4.00 chicken breast toastie with mayo again

7.30 Train

9.00 ish dinner, which can be anything from a couple of peices of fish to spag bol.

Plus i drink min water which i know needs to change.

Looking at it written up does look poor now!

6.30 porridge with dried fruit dried fruit is a poor choice mate.. add eggs 3 whole with 3 more whites if u can

10.00 chicken breast toastie with mayo chicken&brown bread aint too bad however mayo?? come on man lol natural yogurt doesnt taste too bad u know.. adds some moisture

1.00 sweet jacket pot with tin of tuna varies massively on the sizes u neefd to weigh your food

4.00 chicken breast toastie with mayo again as above

7.30 Train

9.00 ish dinner, which can be anything from a couple of peices of fish to spag bol.

meal before bed? eggs would be ideal imo

Plus i drink min water which i know needs to change.3 litres minimum mate

Looking at it written up does look poor now!
still needs alot of work matey... u need to start weighing your foods to be honest

Cheers for the reply DB, excuse my ignorance, but with the eggs in the porridge, do you add them raw after youve cooked the oats or before so its like a smabbled eggporridge combo? Also where would i find the info on working out the correct weights or cals protien carbs etc for my build, the training side of things im ok on but the nutrition working out side i need allitle help.

DB I am really impressed by the nutritional advice you give out. It obviously works, judging by you picture!

Hey you guys, trust him he knows what he is talking about.

Just returned to female b/building and kickboxing at the age of 52. MOST important thing I have learned.....

To trust that eating clean and having excellent nutrition every day is the MOST IMPORTANT part of my training!!
