How to eat oats??

can i just eat them raw? or do i have to cook them? if so... how?

You could get some dry, fine oats and add them to your morning protein shake or whenever you find it neccesary !

I just stick mine in a bowl mate, with 2 scoops of protien mix together with water and nuke it for 3mins. Comes out nice and fluffy, and tastes amazing.

You can also eat them dry, i cant do it though.

i just put them in my shake or put couple of scoops in a dish and just add boiling water wait for it to soak it all up then eat em

I blend 100g of rolled oats to a fine grain and add 1.5 scoups of protein powder (BSN Syntha 6) with 400ml of water in a standard shaker.

It takes some getting used to and you sometimes feel like you're going to be sick, but hey - it's convenient.

My fav is 'bran porridge'!!...Make a bowl of porridge and add some crushed bran flakes and mix it up....It's magical

I have oatmeal in the morning cooked and then fine scottish oats from MyProtein.co.uk in my protein shakes for bulking up.
