I am looking to buy some MRP bars, i have looked on myprotein but all they sell is the sachets. I just want a bar which is fairly cheap, any ideas any one ?

Yeah i made some of them up, and they do taste really nice. For next to nothing to make, there Brilliant.

Have a go, at making them. You'l be surprised how nice they are.

yeah will defo be giving them a go!, looking to store them in the fridge from sunday to firday, hopefully that should be ok,

reps = reputation,

basically gives you more green bars under your name, plenty of rep whores on here which can explain better lol
