do any of you guys cut vitargo out before a contest or just keep it in or go 4 a whey shake only option?

normally wouldny use shakes in the last week/5 days

not sure about vitargo tho

what do you do for PWO nutrition then mate?

How would your PWO shake look 4 weeks out? mines currently 50g whey and 60g vitargo

This is one of the reasons i am picky on who i give advice to for shows....Bodybuilder i have spent time free of charge writing you out a 4 week plan to get you back on track for your show, my advice is to drop the PWO carbs yet you choose to ask on the open board if this is correct....don't get me wrong it is your choice but i will not be spending any more of my free time helping you on this diet....good luck
