COLINSRI has a spectacular aura aboutCOLINSRI has a spectacular aura about
McDonalds Breakfast

Hi

Having to start work earlier and earlier and finding it increasiningly diffuclt to get a good breakfast. Ok i could wake up earlier....I know.....

My question is about Macdonalds brekfasts (colin ducks for cover)...I know that the muffins and sausage and hash brown are a no no ......but the egg tastes like 'normal' egg. Also each extra portion of egg is just 30p....so I have a 4 portions for like £.90p more ....I chuck the sausage and hash brown but keep the muffin and OJ...

....How does this sound? Is MCDonald egg full off added junk or is it a cheap source?

Cheers

Re: McDonalds Breakfast

Buy six eggs, 100g of Oats (from bulk powder, my protein etc) and whack them with 30g of whey in the blender, then take with you. Quicker, Easier, Better for you and Cheaper!

Mc Donalds, have it no probs, just as a cheap meal and not all the time!

Re: McDonalds Breakfast

As said above.. Takes 5 minutes to blend a shake. Oats and MRP or some eggs and oats. Easy peasy

Re: McDonalds Breakfast

TBH m8 there is no excuse of not having time to do it there is the excuse of not planning to do it.

JUst make your meals the day before or do it in bulk then store it like most of the pro's do!

TBH i know what its like as i wake at 6am in the morning every morning and am down at the gym just after eating breakfast to do my morning conditioning, then i come back and have another breakfast and then take the rest of my food to work, but i nearly always do my food the night before so i know it is done for when i want/need it!

As for the eggs m8 i use to work there and they are proper eggs, so if you want them then they are proper protein just put on the same grills as the burgers, but as for everything else its BAD.

I guess its totally up to you mate what ever you want to do!
