How much am i getting

Hey i am new to training and cant work out a diet that suites me yet, I aint a big eater so find it hard to get what i need from the day. I will start with my usual diet for a day

7am Bowl of frosties/crunchy nut or weetabix, Protein shake
10am Turkey salad roll
1pm 2 Corned Beef salad rolls
6pm Tuna steak veg and potatoes
9pm Nuts and fruit

Now i have no idea on how much protein i am taking in on that average day. So that's my first question.

I am 6 ft and weight 12.9stone, Have no idea on my BFI

Second question is how much protein should i be trying to consume in a day and what should i add to my diet to gain this

I am trying to gain muscle

Cheers

Hi mate, not being rude but if you want to know how much you are consuming a day, why not have a look at the nutrient value on the packaging. This is how I work it out. Although there are sites like fitday.com I belive that do this kinda thing.

Re: How much am i getting

id start with around 180-200grams a day of protein and increase it over months, add couple of egg whites and 1 or 2 yolks in the morning in your breakfast,

get rid of frosties, add porridge

Thats fine with the breakfast stuff, The rolls are made in a shop so i have no idea what they would be, The tuna steaks are fresh so that aint marked either so its hard to work out how much i am getting from these.
