Thumbs up Where do you shop? And what do you buy?

Some current favourites of mine (bodybuilding on a budget!)

Iceland:
450g of microwavable chicken strips (tikka or plain) £2!
450g of 'Buffalo' Chicken Wings (my cheat meal) £1.50!
15 (sadly caged) Eggs £1.25
1kg of Rolled oats £1

Sainsburys:
520g of assorted microwavable fish - £1.60

Asda:
TWO Whole cooked chickens - £5!

Cooltrader:
800g of Cod - £3

Hope you guys can share some secrets ;)

Costco for me, We do alot of IT work for them, and i asked for a trade card. Got one so Result.

Things are so much cheaper, of course you gota buy in Bulk.

would you say that the chicken strips are just as god as a grilled breast? is re constituted (if this is the right word) just as good or does it have alot of crap in it?

bodybuilding wise from asda?

tins of tuna
chicken breasts
olive oil
beef frying steaks
eggs

not sure of prices though unfortunately, i do know that the co-op near work does two full chickens for £4 though

From asda my mum gets me beef frying steak, rump steak, sirloin, pork, chicken breasts. The prices arnt to bad.

Also from the local butchers i get lean beef burgers, theres hardly any fat on them at all and there 49p each so cant beat that.
