White Muffins - Toasted

My mums been getting these from asda and theyre just like barmcakes and you have to toast them.
This is per muffin.

Energy 626kj, 148 calories
7g protein
27g carbs, 2.6g sugar
1.3g fat, 0.3g saturates
1.7g fibre
0.24g sodium

Approx 8% of calories from fat

Is it me or do they look ok ?

When would be the best time to have these ? Around 3pm after school

Thanks alot. Would it be a good idea to take these before workout ?
As there full of carbs right ?

Or maybe after workout with a protein shake ?

it doesnt really matter mate, use simple carbs (sugars etc) after training
