can a 100g of peanuts and almonds with 50g rice cakes

be classed as a complete high protein meal once in the day?

Peanuts on there own is a good source of whole protein.

The protein source is imcomplete in terms of essential amino acids, the carb source is high GI and there's no veg. Plus nuts are very hard to digest.

So the answer is no, this is not a meal.
