![]() | I dont know where to start plz help!! Im starting traing next week and i need a diet, at the moment i dont eat breakfast, i eat my packed launch throughout the day which normally consists of either ham, corned beef, chicken tikka or tuna sandwiches, sausages rolls, scotch egg and crisp and choclate, all that sort of stuff. Then in the evening i will have things like, tacos or chicken wrapped in bacon stuffed with chesse or spaghetti bolognese or chicken thighs with mash and veg, all that sort of stuff, just lately i have been eating alot of take away food instead of a proper evening meal and sometimes stop at mc donalds on the way home from work, i also snack on crisps and choclate and things in the evening while watching tv with the misses. Now i know all these things are bad and thats why i want to change but i have no idea where to start, i want to lose weight and gain muscle, what foods are best to eat??? what can take to work for pack lunch instead of what im taking now, is whey protien any good? is creatine a good idea??? all these questions are running through my head and im a little lost so any direction you can give will be appreciated, thank you. Well just wanted to jump in and say hi...I'm not gonna be much help diet wise but I wanted to say you've got a good base to put some seriouse size on if you want to ...Everyones gonna tell you, you have to eat six meals a day...that's a pretty standard recommendation wether gaining or loseing...I'm confident someone will be in to help sort things out for ya...Your gonna have to eat breakfast, I skipped it for yrs but my current diet requires me to eat 2 cups cold oat cereal, 2 eggs and a banana plus milk...My excuse was I never had time to eat but in reallity I just need to get my a*s outta bed a half hour earlier...Be patient and eveyone will chip in to help you get this sorted...good luck and hope to read more post soon..Cheers

![]() | Re: I dont know where to start plz help!! ^^^ cheers for the input, im like you, i dont have time for breakfast in the morning but i could and will get up earlier, i figured if im going to do this i have to put everything into it and atleast then whatever happens i can say i gave it 100%. Im going to keep posting on here with pictures so i look forward to your comments. thanks again. |
