EATING PROTEIN POWDER

im currently dieting for a show

and i have started to eat some of my pre workout shake
rather than just adding water, i fiind that this keeps me sane for abit
and makes me full like im eating
it does get abit sickly after a while then i need to drink the rest
but it is really nice for the first few mouthfuls lol

has anyone else ever done this, also this should slow down the rate of digestion, im thinking as the body has to break down the whey first

abit strange i know but it is helping

LOL. That's pretty bad.

What about eating negative Calorie Foods (not sure on the science of this):-

Asparagus, Apple, Beet, Cranberries, Broccoli, Grapefruit, Cabbage, Lemon, Carrot, Mango, Cauliflower, Orange, Celery , Pineapple, Chile peppers, Raspberries, Cucumber, Strawberries, Dandelion, Tangerine, Endive, Garden cress, Garlic , Green beans, Lettuce, Onion, Papaya, Radishes, Spinach, Turnip, Zucchini

yea it is abit weird

but i find it really helps espically whilst dieting for a show
when u are starving, even better if there's a few dry oats in
the mixer

Nectar whey isolate you can eat out of the tub and it tastes good, but never tried it with any others.

try adding the tiniest bit of water and mix through

i really mean a tiny bit

it will come out the consistency of mouse, or thick yogurt

HOLD ON you telling me that all those fruits like mango are negative calories and i could have been eating them the few months and done my self a favour?:gun:

well try this then

1 sachet rowntree's sugar free jelly

mix as per instruction

add 1 scoop whey powder

mix through and set in fridge

if you get strawberry jelly and choc whey you have black forest gataux

the possabilities are endless lol
