need help taking the lean gain approach

put some pics up in members pics section, and was told to keep going but slow down on the fat gain (which i knew anyway if im honest).

i found out that my muscles feel very full with plenty of carbs and im covinced this helps with growth.

thing is with all the carbs im getting a touch fatter.

so im wondering what the best approach is? im thinking of keeping carbs high and doing cardio inbetween meals on non training days. perhaps 400g a day

also ive heard people say keep fats and carbs seperate, but im not so sure on that as then you wouldnt have carbs with eggs in the morning would you.

i eat plenty of protein 30odd gram from actual sources per meal without fail. and then a bit more from carbs sources
