Help Constructing Diet

Hi all, i'm a total newbie and i was wondering if anyone could help me construct a Nutrition plan. I have been reading how to work out calorific needs and how to work out amounts of each macronutrient, but i get confused when i go to put it all together. Also how do you incorporate supplements and what are the best ones to use? I am 182lbs 5'11" and i want to gain LBM and lose Fat - The Holy Grail.lol

Any advice will be very much appreciated.
