Re: cholesterol in eggs ????????

Not an expert in this mate but from what I have gathered it seems to be half yokes to eggs so 8 eggs but with only 4 yolks. Someone will probably put me right on this lol although the yolk does have good nutrients aswell as good fats.

apologies if i am wrong dude ;)

Outgoingguy is on a distinguished road
Re: cholesterol in eggs ????????

although eggs have high chol they dont actually raise your chol. 1 egg would typically have your daily limit of chol. The interesting thing is they dont.....there is a chemical in them which counteracts this .....

Re: cholesterol in eggs ????????

Dont worry about that, removing the yolk kind of ruins the egg.
It does raise overall cholesterol but the profile of bad to good cholesterol is not changed.
Or, the ratio of bad to good remains unchainged, so eat your eggs and be proud.
