| is 6 weeks out from his winners massage not the kind itraininthedark had lol | hey peeps... right... at work i get my dinner bought me by my company (lucky me ) so everyday is the same thing:large brown ciabatta (approx 2 bread rolls) salad which is lettuce, tomato and cucumber salad cream (as its dry as a nuns...etc.. and chicken... mostly a mixture of white and dark meat! problem is im trying to work out how much carbs, fat, protein and cals the dam thing is!! i suppose one idea is to take it home a weight out the bread, chicken and salad.? - also on fitday the closest i've found is: cals 266 carbs 26 pro 22 fat 8 any help or advice get some reps!! ![]()
