Diet Critique.

Meal 1 -

4 Egg whites
Cup of oats
Tbls Spn Natty PB
Banana
Milk
Whey

Meal 2 -

Tina of Tuna
Baked Potato
Cheese

Meal 3 -

Protein shake
Need a good fat source here, any suggestions?

Meal 4 -

Steak/Chicken
Potatoes/Pasta/Rice
Veg

Meal 5 -

6 Egg whites
2 Slices of toast with Natty PB

Meal 6 -

Same as Meal 1 minus the egg whites.



Macros: Protein - 287grams/1148cals
Carbs - 403grams/1468cals
Fats - 89grams/789cals

Total cals per day - 3560.


Diet is for bulking, I'm about 173-175lbs just now, 5,9..

Maybe a bit to much carbs? Pick at it as you wish, I'm open to suggestions..

Yeah, I was thinking mixed nuts, easy to eat at work.. Any other suggestions or does this look alright?

its a pretty solid diet mate and looks easy to stick to aswell

Struggle to eat in the morning, everything bar the eggs are thrown in a blender and downed, I'll keep the yolks for meal 5 and keep the PB for meal 1.

The oil suggestions are great, I was thinking of oils but wasn't sure which ones to go for, where can I get macadamia nut oil or walnut oil?

any decent supermarket will do the oils mate..

honestly having eggwhites without any yokes isnt great as u lose so many aminos
