Lean bulking....reduced carb intake, should i increase protein or fat caloires??????

Decding to reduce my total carbohyrdate intake in my diet at present due to lack of activiy (sitting around house e.t.c). Currently bulking up on around 4500kcals daily,

I do tend to keep carbs/fats sepearte with no more than 10-12g fat being eatin with a high carb meal.

For my high fat/high protein meals i tend to eat anywhere within the range 50-80g protein and 25-35g fat

my question is would it be better to up my protein intake or my fat intake with regards replacing calories lost from the reduction in carbohydrates?

so say i have a deficit of 400kcal (100g carbs) would i be better eating an additonal 400kcals (100g protein) or an extra 400kcal (44g fat) over my daily meal intake.7 meals a day

All fats are from virgin olive oil, natty peanut butter, udos, oily fish, eg yolks e.t.c

I dont really wanna be gaining any more than 1lb -1lb.5 a week, if i feel im gaining to much ill drop calories and weigh and look in the mirror see how its effecting but i think this amount of calories (4500kcal) is working for me fine at the moment
