![]() | After reading diet threads Hey, all After reading the various advice on diet threads I've decided to create my own diet, but first of all I thought why not see what I'm eating right now without making any changes, so I recorded my diet yesterday and the outcome was odd. Brekfast: ..............Protein ........Carbs ........Fat ........Kcal Multi Vitamins Omega 3 Fish Oil Super Whey Protein 17.16 ...........1.75 ...........2 ..........94 Ready Brek ............5.6 ..............28.16 .........3.12 ......172.8 Snack: Snack Bar ..............2 ................17 ..............2 ..........90 Lunch: Large Potatoe .........3 ................34 ..............0 ..........145 Full Can Of Beans ....12.2 ............59.2 ............0.4 .......292 Snack: Full Pack Of Noodles .3.2 ..............20.9 ...........6.8 ........158 Dinner: Chips(100g) ...............2.2 ............23.4 ..........6.2 .........158 Breaded Scampi (100g) 10.3 ...........23.1 ..........12.0 .......242 White Fish Fillet (100g) .20 .............23.1 ..........0.8 .........87 FishFingers (100g) .......11 .............14 .............7.1 .........165 Prawns (100g) .............9.4 ............0 ..............0.6 .........44 Total Protein: 96.06 Total Carbs: 221.51 Total Fat 41.02 Total Calories 1647.8 Now to me that's a pretty normal amount if not more for someone of my size (10 Stone) yet it is only 1647.8 calories?! less than the womens recommended intake lol (im male). So I'm pretty confused now. I can't see how all that is so little calories and after counting how much I should be eating off a diet thread which was 3100 calories. (Aren't I gonna get fat asap doing that plus I'd be eating non stop) |
