Do you drink water throughout the day? If not start getting a few litres in

Diets pretty good though Imo, id include more fats ideally from fish and nuts with at least one of your meals too, i would also do cardio in the am if your not already

Re: Pscarb & other's who's experienced with diets.

no where near enough food there!

prob about 150 g carbs?!

how do u expect to build muscle on that matey?

att 6ft1 and 16stone u really need ALOT more food in there.. even if you are trying to drop BF.. i mean no disrepect but i'd concentrate on dropping some BF before you try and bulk,

building muscle and dropping BF is possible at the same time but the person is normally sub 10% to start with and very experienced with diet..

if you are carrying 3 stone excess thats 42lbs, which should put you around the 20% bodyfat mark which IMHO is far too fat to bulk..

i suggest you give your diet another go adding in more food and breaking down the macros more

Re: Pscarb & other's who's experienced with diets.

Im also training mon, tue, thur, fri with 30 - 50min cardio after my weight session, I used to do alot of boxing so enjoy cardio

I was thinking of upping my protien intake but I thought keeping carbs low it will help lose the bodyfat while the protien building the muscle??

Please let me know if you can help or what my diet should look like, thanks.

the choice is of course up2 u mate.. but if i am honest i would try and drop the bodyfat first..

1. it will help you learn more about how your body reacts to training and nutrition.

2. it will be 10x better to train on AAS&GH when you are leaner and fitter (from cardio) and can focus 100% on growing not trying to drop BF & build mass..
