Re: Help with Pre Bed meal

My pre-bed meal consists of 1.5 scoops of whey protein, 3 eggs , and mybe some oats .

aslong as its peanut butter, its fine, also should eat round about 200-300 of cottage cheese !

Re: Help with Pre Bed meal

Mate, anything slow digesting before bed, oily fish, whole eggs, steak, ground mince, cottage cheese, quark (my fav) PB, add veg or fat to slow down anything else, the list is endless... I have mince made into burgers before bed & some quark
