Zero net carb Pasta, taste's pretty damn good.

Guys, check this out. First of all, I don’t eat a lot of pasta due to the fact that I tend to bloat on carbs.
But, I just had some super low carb, zero net carb pasta and I got to say they are not that bad.
http://miraclenoodle.com/index-1.html
Made of naturally water soluble fiber with no fat, sugar, or starch.
contain zero net carbohydrates and zero calories, no gluten -made of a healthy natural fiber called Glucomannan.
Here is the nutritional profile of the Angel Hair Pasta:
Serving Size - 3oz
Calories - 0
Fat - 0
Protein - 0
Carbohydrate - <1gm - only fiber
Sugar - 0
Protein - 0
Zero Net Carbs, Zero Calories
Fettucini has:
Servings per Container-3
Serving Size - 2.9oz
Fat - 0
Protein - 0
Carbohydrate - 3g
Soluble Fiber - 3g
Sugar - 0
Zero Net Carbs, Zero Calories, Pure Fiber-
Gotta say it tastes pretty damn good. I do think this stuff for those dieting would offer a lot of bang for your buck.

Here is what the fiber does:
The soluble fiber found in the Miracle Noodle slows digestion and prolongs the sensation of fullness and is an essential part of any weight loss program. You also absorb more nutrients in the foods you eat with The Miracle Noodle due to the slowing of digestion.
It can lower cholesterol by binding to bile acids, the bile acids have cholesterol in them and the soluble fiber binds to them. Great for diebetics, great for weight loss, also will help lower cholesterol.

If you are going to get it I would suggest the thinner pasta like the angel hair, I got the sampler pack and the noodles are a bit thicker and more chewy.

Hey Hackskii, I also live in the USA. Can this be found in our local grocery stores, maybe a health food store or is it only available on-line? This might be a good alternative for my wife who love's pasta and is starting a weight lose plan...

I'm guessing this would be great for Keto diets?

Re: Zero net carb Pasta, taste's pretty damn good.

The nice thing is the carbohydrates in the pasta is only soluble fiber, which would lower the GI of the meal you are eating it with.
So, you could make your own pasta sauce and toss some meat in it and the whole meal would be very filling but few caloiries.
It would also have a positive effect on becomming insulin sensitive and also lower cholesterol.

That is the only place I have ever seen the fiber.

I wonder if it would be useful to add the powder form of this to whey shakes made with milk to lower the Glycaemic and Insulin Score?

I get most of my protein from whole foods, I am not a big fan of shakes or blended meals.

They are quite satisfying and filling.
