Need to cut out wheat & dairy from my diet?

Im currently doing this diet (seee below) and was to cut out wheat & dairy from my diet to see if Im intollarant as Im having trouble shifting this last bit of fat, here is my current diet:

7am 4 whole eggs cooked with a nob of butter & tea spoon of cream freshe with 1 peices of burgen Soy & linseed bread

10am
140g chicken with 100g brown basmati rice. 15 mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts & cashews) 10ml of EV olive oil

1pm same as 10

3pm same as 10

5pm salmon steak with 50g sweet pots & large mixed veg.

7pm gym

8.30pm
200g steak with 100g sweet pots

10pm
500g of quark (2 tubs)

What would I need to cut out? The quark & burgen bread? What can I add instead? Would Ground beef be good before bed? I dont want shakes as Im always hungry.

Cheers, Sam

Re: Need to cut out wheat & dairy from my diet?

When I have carbs with no fat, I get low blood sugar (only in work) cus my job requires lots of energy & even low GI carbs make me go hypo :S
