| PROTEIN hello there can u tell me how important it is to use protein with strength training.i use creatine and find thats very effective for strength gains but havent really used protein much as its quite exspensive and didnt really notic e many gains.can you tell me if i should be using and why .thanks guys |

![]() | type in a search in google and u will see how important protein is for strength training, u will be reading for a week, its very important mate, alot more than creatine, its what builds muscle and helps recovery.. |
