My Bulking Diet Plan also gets me oats!!

Hi All

Just discovered Myprotein Ultra Fine Scottish Oats so have changed my bulking / muscle building diet to incorporate this product.
I start back for summer training on Monday so will undertaking a HIT programme.
Age 40 (13.6 stone)
Supps along side this diet are:- GN Enrage (pre-workout) / Tribulus / Creatine
Also consuming 2 litres water and multi vits per day

Any comments / changes more than welcome with thanks:lift:

Meal 1 (08:00HRS)

80G Ultra Fine Scottish Oats
1 Banana
300ml Skimmed Milk
30g Whey Protein
2 x Omega 3 soft gels


Meal 2 (10:00HRS)

MRP Shake
Tuna / Cucumber Wholemeal Sandwich
Handful of cashew nuts (unsalted)


Meal 3 (12:00HRS)

Large Salad with pasta and Chicken Breast or Salmon Steak
1 tub of Cottage Cheese
1 Banana
30g Whey Protein


Meal 4 (14:00HRS)

2 x scoops Mammoth 2500
2 x Omega 3 soft gels


Meal 5 (16:00HRS) (PRE-WORKOUT)

80g Ultra Fine Scottish Oats Chicken salad roll in wholemeal bread
1 Banana


Meal 6 (18:30HRS) (POST-WORKOUT)

50G Whey Protein
Chicken salad roll in wholemeal bread


Meal 7 (20:00HRS)

2 fillets of Chicken or Salmon or Steak/Gammon/Tuna with potato and large veg


Meal 8 (22:00HRS)

30g Whey Protein w/ tbsp of peanut butter

Anyone? Does this seem like a good food plan!
Training went well tonight though I did feel an energy loss 2/3 of the way through.
