If you can imagine it, you can achieve it; if you can dream it, you can become it.

This is the diet -
  • 8AM
  • 100g (uncooked weight) oats
  • 300ml milk (skimmed)
  • go for MP MAX whey protein
  • 10.30AM
  • 2 slices of wholemeal bread
  • 100g (raw weight) chicken breast
  • Tomatoes/lettuce to taste
  • fruit
  • 1.00PM
  • 100g (uncooked weight) wholemeal pasta
  • 100g Chicken breast
  • add some olive oil dressing
  • 3.30PM
  • too much bread maybe add in some veg
  • 130g Tin of salmon
  • Tomatoes/lettuce to taste
  • 6.00PM (pre workout)
  • 100g oats
  • 300ml milk
  • MP MAX WHEY (IF YOU WANT)
  • 8.30 POST workout
  • 4 Eggs scrambled and basmati rice!
  • 10.30 - 11PM (Pre bed)
  • 200g cottage cheese
  • fish oil caps
TBH mate i dont think that diet is good.. there's a lack of veg and too much bread in there... even my alterations aren't great but if you wanna try the diet then thats what i'd change!

hope this helps!
