According to online inforamtion from several places a chicken kebab as you say may not be to bad. 400calories 30g protien 10g fat HOWEVER it depends on the quality used as every shop buys different grade quality meat ready for cooking. Some use the cheapest they find. Others pride them selves on high end meat. I had one this week.. what can i say! LOL

Ah thats fair enough then and several small meals a day.. yea i always get a small one. lol .Saying that even a small is £4.50 round here and a large is £5.50... since when was chip shop food that price huh! lol..

Some places you can just taste the quality of the chicken so shop and ask around. I suppose this is like finding a good source to trust if you're looking to cycle..... ![]() |
