newbie needing advice

hi newbie here,been going to gym for about 8 months now and through that time ive learnt alot about technique and nutrition though im still learning,anyway im 5 ' 5" roughly 11 stone and im lookin to basically get muscle definition and grow my diet for the last couple of weeks has been as follows and ive really seen the difference considering i was 3-4 bars of chocolate a day and countless takeaways,just to see if theres anythin i could change what im doing/eating wrong,great site by the way loads of info

creatine is only took 4 times for loading,usually once a day when maintenance

5am protein shake,bowl of frosties or porridge or oats,creatine

9am 3 slice brown bread with chicken and salad,banana,

12pm tin of tuna,ti of fruit cocktail

2pm pasta,creatine,tub of strawberry yoghurt,protien shake

2.30pm gym workout

4pm 3-4 eggs,protein shake.oats


6pm 2 chicken breasts with salad or steak with new potatoes and pepper sauce,creatine,


8.30pm protein shake,fruit bowl


if at anytime through the day im feeling hungry ill have a bit of fruit or a yoghurt now instead of chocolate/crisps etc





monday bi's and chest plus abs

tuesday shoulders

wednesday tri's

thursday back and abs

friday rest

saturday legs,abs,health suite

sunday rest(well recovering from sat night)

i start work at 6am so i get up at 5 and give myself time to come to before getting fed as im not a good eater in the morning,usually in my bed for 9.30pm

jimmy i ate prob 2-3 banana's a day,tin of fruit cocktail,couple of apples,oranges and grapes,much more do i need,veg wise im not a big lover,carrot and turnip is as far as it goes,im gonna try brocolli just mix it in with something.what sort of fats from what foods
