mixed nuts

I like to eat mixed nuts just to snack on i.e when driving or on computer etc, but how much can we eat??

ive had someine say only a small handful as they can be bad if you have any more.

Am i wrong to think this is a load of bull??

would a kilo 2-3weeks be ok??
