On the right lines...??

Just starting out with some training and am slowly putting it all together...want comments on the below diet for imporvement etc.

I havnt had chance to get my exact weight and dont know my body fat % so below is a start to see if im going along the right lines.

Meal 1 - One scoop protein powder, oats (dont know how much), milk, banana, yoghurt and honey.

Meal 2 - Chicken and salad/pepper wrap

Meal 3 - Tuna and potato salad with 2 hard boiled eggs & fruit

Meal 4 - Pre workout, NEED SUGGESTIONS ON THIS ONE PLS

Meal 5 - Post workout - Protein powder w/water & banana

Meal 6 - Will vary but pastas, chicken, turkey, steak, steam veg, potatoes

Meal 7 - If hungry maybe small bowl bran flakes.

I will mix the above up slightly, like one day have a tuna wrap and chicken salad etc.

Please note i havnt tried any of the above yet, for example not sure if that is too much ingredients for my morning shake. Also i know i shouldnt say this but i do struggle to have time for breakfast and dont really want to sacrific any more rest.

I dont really want a bulking or cutting diet, i would say i am slightly over weight but not to the point i need worry so im hoping the above is a decent mix. I will be doing cardio to help with the slight overweight issue.

Doesn't look too bad.Possibly carb heavy and efa light if losing a little weight

Maybe more whey(40g) with 80g oats and either the banana or honey for brekky (make sure you have this meal,in a shake if more tolerable)

Pre workout as pwo.

Meal 6 - drop the spuds add fats

Before bed - protein and fat

Not to start an argument but I'd say the spuds would be okay as he is still in PWO mode - sweet spuds would be preffered IMHO, just not too many.

Other than that I agree with Paras changes.
