| UK-M's Token Aussie | problem with getting 6 meals /day i realise to get what you need its good to have about 6 meals a day.. i find that very difficult to do due to school. my only lunch break is in the middle of the day (yeh i know my school lacks in breaks) but we get a whole day off in the week so it all pays off.. anyway, i have breakfast.. go to school, class for 2+1/2 hours than my lunch break for 40 mins than class for another 3+3/4 hours before going home.. than i try and pig out when i get home but im really tired to go hard out food i want to give my body a rest.. sometimes i dont even get a chance as im in the gym of some afternoons. than i got dinner at 6ish and than i usually have a meal about 10:00 before i go to bed... this usually involves good fats, protein with minimum carbohydrates (usually a meal replacement shake and a peanut butter sandwich) on a second note.. my lunch usually includes about 5 or 6 peanut butter sandwiches.. hateing peanut butter and all i try and down them all but its really hard.. i have no idea what i can do about making the right amount of meals in a day without eating in class which means the teacher gets sh*tty at me.. any suggestions? |

Not bad, can't taste the tuna even though I am chewing on an unblended piece as I type You really hav eto rinse the tuna well and give it a 'sniff' test to see when it's ready the rest is just a psychological battle my friends. Well recommended Jim ;) Regards SD |

![]() | Right i have looked at the recipe it looks bloody horrible n i hate fish but from reading all the posts on the same subject it seems that everyone has the same opinion, no tuna taste no smell n dam right good tastin so i will be trying 1 shortly. The only thing I found (correct me if im wrong) is i heard that the body can only consume around 38g of protein in 1 serving so the shake has around 68g so surely it is too much protein. Pleas add coments if i am wrong |
