Review my diet please

am currently bulking my

woke up 7.30am 100g Oats, reflex fruit punch protein shake , met trx creatine 5g

10am protein shake

12.30 pasta and tuna or salad with meat

2-3 salad , chicken or tuna potoa

5 main meal chicken pasta , with creatine and water

6.30 pre workout shake

after workout

8 postworkout shake

10 pm oats

11.30 protein shake

I take in about 5-6 L of water a day

if you could review my diet tha would be great thanks ,I'm not on any gear

Squat Max 150kg
Deadlift 140kg
Bench Press 100kg
Delt Pressing 90kg


7 Weeks into cutting Phase
Start At 105kg now at 95Kg

170lbs of NATURAL Muscle. 56lbs of NATURAL Bone (Calcium, Collagen and Marrow), 3lbs of NATURAL Tren, 6lbs of NATURAL Test E, 0.5lbs Pregnant (NATURAL) Womans Urine (To pass the NATURAL Drug Test)

simple advice for instance if you wanna be a 17st man you gotta eat like a 17st man just dont be affraid of throwing the food in but be sensible with it
