| loving the bulk | advice please lads right guys as most of you know iv finished a cycle of tren and testoviron week 1-8 and testoviron and npp weeks 8-12. im currently running pct and i fancy doing a cut to shed the excess pondage from my bulk. Thing is, im not quite sure what to do, as i dont want to lose the gains i achieved on course but just want to shift a few pounds from my mid section do i- a, go on a low carb high protein diet b, just keep with the clean bulk and add extra cardio, i only do one session of cardio a week at the mo c, i have eph... should i use these while sticking to the clean bulk and cardio im trying to get down to as low bodyfat as possible so when i start my next course... probably mid april, and go from there with a very clean bulk. The reason for all this is that im going on holiday in june and want to be ripped to shreds.( i like to be look at least 4weeks out of show for when i go away) current info, 16stone 1 with 16%bf at 5ft 10 this also gives me the idea of bulking to say the end of april and then cutting right through to the holiday (june 17th), really dont know what to do, what would you guys do in my situation, |

Personally i wouldn't alter your diet too much - dropping your carbs away down will probably cause you to lose your mind as well as mass - i go with introducing more cardio - ideally first thing in the am on an empty stomach and see how that goes for a few weeks. Introducing eph or clen is always the last thing i do when i'm dieting - there the tools you use when you've exhausted all the others IMO and by fcuk are they effective when your already lean. I'd say given ur stats you'd look pretty good at a lean 15 stone so you haven't really that much to shift - one thing i wouldn't do is diet right up until im going away on hols though. Given that holidays are times of relaxation and indulgence if you diet right up to the time then rebound is inevitable... I remember going to Gran Canaria once looking like a bronzed adonis and came back looking like a fcuking whale - 1 week later... Not good ![]()

Increase cardio - I wouldn't do it in the AM on an empty stomach personally - too much risk of catabolism, Cortisol is also at its highest upon waking as you have been fasting.... Do as much H.I.I.T. as you can recover from - Tabatas I like. Consider cycling/timing your carbs too if you aren't already doing so.
