Got the flu
right guys, got the flu, never had it before so just wanted to know whats the best way to get rid as it seems to come and go?

Like herbs, recipes, etc to strengthen immune system

TBH theres a lot of fallacy that goes with this question but i will honestly say to have a load of VIT C and also have Natural Honey and Lemon (Hot Though) and this seems to work for me while wrapping yourself up warm!

Mate I was in bed the other day wrapped up warm, still felt freezing cold and was sweating profusely....

loading myself up on Vit C too, have 1 1000mg tab in the morn and one before bed (the effervescent stuff from tesco, bad ass)

Keep fluids high,paracetamol to lower temp,honey,vit c and rest.
