![]() ![]() ![]() | MY DIET PLEASE TAKE A LOOK This is my proposed diet for the new year. Im looking to tighten up a bit but hold onto muscle. Im 5ft 4 80kg and about 16% BF. I train 3 times a week using Dorian Yates principles and do 30 mins cardio post workout

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: MY DIET PLEASE TAKE A LOOK Diet looks good IMO the only thing i would do at the minute to it after having a quick look is up the protein after a workout as this is when you need the protein the most TBH as its your muscles "open window" by this i mean its when your muscle and body is at its most vulnerable and will eat up anything you give it (thats why you avoid fats after workouts even if they are the good ones) I would personally recommend a minimum of around 40g TBH as this is what was suggested to me by a very reliable source i was told after workout to have 40-50g protein, 40-50g carbs and 5-10g of creatine and this was suggested to me by http://www.nottingham.ac.uk/cisbm/co...e_var=personal |
