![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Just been checkin this diet out on MyProtein. Nice, but if you dont like Nuts (or are allergic as in my case) What would you substitute them for that would provide a similiar nutritional profile/function and is also as convenient?

I don't like this det though where is the protein?? After a 8hr fast you wake up to protein from 1 boiled egg...WTF This would be enough protein for maybe a sedentry person but for someone who trains not nearly enough i would estimate only around 120g of decent protein per day in this diet....

Not enough protein there I think especially in the morning. However I dont know the context of the diet. Not enough for a muscle gaining bber though definately.
