Smile MYPROTEIN DIET

Just been checkin this diet out on MyProtein. Nice, but if you dont like Nuts (or are allergic as in my case) What would you substitute them for that would provide a similiar nutritional profile/function and is also as convenient?

» 50g Ultra Fine Scottish Oats with Milk.

» 1 x Hard-boiled Egg.

» 1 slice of Wholemeal Toast.

» 1 Piece of Fruit.

» 2 x Omega-3 Softgels.

» Handful of Almonds, Cashews or Brazil Nuts.

» 100g Chicken Salad with a sprinkling of Pine Kernels.

» 1 x Medium Wholemeal Roll.

» 1 Small Piece of Fruit.

» Low Calorie Salad Dressing.

» Handful of Almonds, Cashews or Brazil Nuts.

» Piece of Fruit.

» 2 x Omega-3 Softgels.

» Any Lean Meat or Oily Fish.

» A Selection of 4 different Vegetables.

» 250g Sweet Potato.

» optional.

» Handful of Almonds, Cashews or Brazil Nuts.

» Piece of Fruit.

Olive Oil or Salmon would be a good substitute mate...
I don't like this det though where is the protein??

After a 8hr fast you wake up to protein from 1 boiled egg...WTF
This would be enough protein for maybe a sedentry person but for someone who trains not nearly enough i would estimate only around 120g of decent protein per day in this diet....

Sunflower seeds also give a decent source of Omegas.

Not enough protein there I think especially in the morning. However I dont know the context of the diet. Not enough for a muscle gaining bber though definately.
