| Getting bigger | Bloat - water retention I have noticed that diet can be the cause of water retention. So far (touch wood) I have not suffered with water retention to any extent that would cause concern. What foods can contribute to water retention? Thanks ![]()

To aid in bloating have some digestive enzymes and pro-biotics.
