![]() | will someone say if this is any good. this is per meal per 100g provides energy-kj 1740kj 505kj -kcal 410kcal 120kcal protien 31.0g 9.2g carbohydrate 45.0g 13.1g of which sugars 5.1g 1.5g fat 12.og 3.4g of which satutates 4.4g 1.3g fibre 6.5g 1.9g sodium 0.58g 0.17g eqivalent as salt 1.4g 0.4g its a roast beef dinner ready meal. 10 min in micro. its to cold to eat a tin of tuna or cold food in this weather. if its any good nuttrition wise i will get a turkey and other flavours, only £2 tesco.as part of my diet thanks budgie:crazy::crazy: |

Goto the recipe section on here see if you can get some good ideas! |
