![]() | Heading of to the cinema Well its organized that myslef and a few buddys are heading off to the cinema next Friday. Naturally you have to eat sweets while at the cinema, it's half the point :P Anyways I've decided to do most of my 'sweetie' shopping out of the pic 'n' mix. I've gotten a bag of reduced calorie Haribo and Wine Gums. I will proberbly end up getting a few sweets at the pick 'n' mix too. I'm staying completely away from drinks, it's going to be hard to refuse a Slush Puppy :( I'm going to try avoid pop corn too. Anyway heres my question. What would be the least most fattening sweets you could get? I know must Jellies are better for you then choclate. Altough they both have high Sugar and Caloire supplements choclate has a high fat percentage on top of that. I'm ok for drinks (Cranberry juice <3) As for Popcorn I'm going to avoid it, that is unless someone here tell's me for whatever reason that popcorn isn't that bad. I bet you don't get asked this question alot :P Oh and heres another question. Custard. Is it really that bad? Tonight I had a bowl of custard which I didn't think would be to bad from what I read on the tin. But this one bowl of custard filled me up for the night, which suggests to me that it was bad :( Ya' see I made it from Bird (the company) and it said on the tin; 100g contains made up with Semi-Skimmed Milk conatains 68 kals 0.3 fat -0.2 saturates 14 carbs -9.5 sugars I didn't even use SmeiSkimmed Milk, I used No Fat Milk. Which get's me even more confused as no fat milk contains less of everything. So custard good or bad? (As a snack) Thanks for the help guys (Yet again, you know who you are) |
