Hi, Has anyone tried the Anabolic Diet, it seems like it would work, just wanted to hear some input on it.....

yea, thats it, ive read alot about it on different forums the past few days and alot of people absolutely love it......Im probably gonna give it a shot

I've not read it, but I will now, (thanks), low carb diets do work well for some, and for dieting is the way to go for most.
