budgie will become famous soon enough
new year planned diet

fairly new to this i posted my diet in the womens section last time so this is what i got planned in the new year.

500mg cod liver oil tab zinc tab and multi vitamin tab just before breakfast at 7.30 bowl poridge and whey protien drink.

10.30 chicken or tuna brown bread roll and a 40/50 protien carb drink mixed with semi milk.

1.30 2 chicken or tuna rolls and a muller rice.

3.30 apple and pear [dont like bannanas].

5.30 baked pot with tuna or chiken breast pasta steak, all with some veg.

6.30 to 7.30 train 3 day split

whey protien drink

10pm poridge with whey protien mixed if you can?

will be trying to add muscle and loose my small love handles and the fat under my belly button.

swim wednesday jog saturday

Cardio on waking - empty stomach

Try and replace the bread with a better choice of complex carb

Lack of protein mid afternoon

Protein in porridge is very nice!
