Diet Help Plz

Hey guys I am on my cycle and I am blowing up like a ballon!! I want to modify my diet that will allow me to maximize my gain but help with the ballon effect if such a thing is possible. Here is what I eat so far:

Breakfast:
1 egg and 2 egg whites
2 slices of wheat toast
Yogurt + Granola
2 apples, 2 pears, 2 bannanas, 2 oranges (juicer)

Before workout snack:
2 bowls of poridge with skimmed milk

Lunch:
2-4 pieces of meat (chickent, pork, lean steak)
4 cups of mixed vegetables

Snack:
2 pieces of chicken

Dinner:
2 pieces of chicken or some canned tuna
Celeray, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, garlic (juicer)

Before bedtime snack:
1 cup skimmed milk

If I get a sweet tooth I have some salt and vinegar rice cakes.

Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

Re: Diet Help Plz

Theres not many carbs in that diet at all, nor many fats. How big are you mate?

Could be the D'bol causing bloat?

Re: Diet Help Plz

Agree with ah24 if your on AAS and your goals obviously to make gains why ain't you got a lot of carbs or fat????

see the thing is if your diet is high in protein but then has a deficiency in either carbs or fats or in your case a lack of both then any protein you eat instead of being used for the benefit of the muscles will be used for energy first hand and then muscles after so you should make sure you have got enough carbs and fats as well as protein for the best possible gains

More than likely the dbol. Are you running the dbol for ten weeks? Thats a little long imo.

Re: Diet Help Plz

I am going to try and swap out the dbol for some anavar but I am having trouble getting some right now. I thought I was getting all my fat that I needed from the milk, steak(I eat steak at least once a day), and dairy. The lack of carbs makes sense. What should I through in????
