![]() | Diet Help Plz Hey guys I am on my cycle and I am blowing up like a ballon!! I want to modify my diet that will allow me to maximize my gain but help with the ballon effect if such a thing is possible. Here is what I eat so far: Breakfast: 1 egg and 2 egg whites 2 slices of wheat toast Yogurt + Granola 2 apples, 2 pears, 2 bannanas, 2 oranges (juicer) Before workout snack: 2 bowls of poridge with skimmed milk Lunch: 2-4 pieces of meat (chickent, pork, lean steak) 4 cups of mixed vegetables Snack: 2 pieces of chicken Dinner: 2 pieces of chicken or some canned tuna Celeray, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, garlic (juicer) Before bedtime snack: 1 cup skimmed milk If I get a sweet tooth I have some salt and vinegar rice cakes. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys |

![]() | Re: Diet Help Plz I am going to try and swap out the dbol for some anavar but I am having trouble getting some right now. I thought I was getting all my fat that I needed from the milk, steak(I eat steak at least once a day), and dairy. The lack of carbs makes sense. What should I through in???? |
