Diet and cause of GAS!! - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

Hey everyone,

My diet lately is causing excessive gas I can only assume it's the increased raw eggs or Protein shakes it's as follows.

Meal 1 :
Pronutro (porridge/cereal from South Africa)
3 Scoops N-Large2 weight gainer 38grams protein / 450 calories
8 eggs white + 2 yolks. 30grams protein
1 capsules EFA capsule

Meal 2 :
Maximuscle Protein Shake - 52grams protein.

Meal 3 :
Chicken & mash potatoe/rice
1 capsules EFA's.

Meal 4 -
Same as 3
4 capsules ZMA

-GYM-

Meal 5 - Post Workout -
Met-Rx protein shake + glutamine - 45grams protein
Amino Acids

Meal 6
Fish/Chicken + rice + veggies

if 2 hours between last meal and bedtime possible then
6 raw eggs white plus two scoops Met-Rx protein powder.
+- 50 gram protein.

4 ZMA capsules + 1 x EFA capsule

Something is causing excessive wind.... :flame:
Maybe the dianabol tablets reacting with food?

looks ok tainted. The reason for the gas is because the foods you eating contain high levels of sulphar. Eggs, steak and other high protein foods are suckers for sulphar!

Yeah I figured the eggs were the causing me to almost pass out from the smell.. I need to find me a sulphar killer otherwise I'm going to spontaneously combust!!

Hahahahaa you know the other day I did a crop dust down the one work passage and 10 minutes later a collegue came from there as I mentioned there was one helluva babe in the one office and he went to look... he started moaning how the whole passage stank!! God I cracked up!!

I'll look into that charcoal thing..

Untill then perhaps we should meet up in a room tightly sealed!! I need to express myself!!
