 | Is the ECA stack safe when in Ketosis Help, I have a boat load of weight to loose and have been using a low carb diet with some success, I have just been introduced to a product called T5 which as you know is an ECA stack. Just wanted to know if it was safe to use while in ketosis I read something about keeping off Caffeine to keep in Ketosis but then read another post about it not being true, please can you help clear this up for me please. Steve. |

| Re: Is the ECA stack safe when in Ketosis It will be ok unless you are seriously depleted, I took ECA in the last few days of my diet and it absolutely knocked me for six, the stimulant effect was magnified in this instance and so was the paranoia unfortunately. Basically the more depleted you are the harder it will hit you imo, its not a problem as long as you are aware of it and can adjust the dose accordingly.
