Am i eating too much? How much protein can i take in an hour? I am weight training 3 times a week. Meal 1 0720 Peanut butter on one slice of wholemeal bread and 60g of protein shake Train 0815 Meal 2 1000 60g protein mixed with oats Meal 3 1200 Salad with tuna or chicken Meal 4 1400 Pasty Meal 5 1700 60g of protein in a shake Meal 6 1900 Fish or meat with veg and potatoes |

| aka Jimmy | Re: Muscle mass diet you shouldn't be putting that much slop on with that diet tbh, id ditch the pasty though, its the one piece/meal thats letting your whole diet down.

I would also say try cutting the sakes out unless after a workout and have good sources of whole foods instead e.g chicken, turkey, eggs etc you know the stuff! |

It will take some will power to cut it out but if i want to take this seriously then maybe thats what i will have to. I take it i can get these vitamins,fish oils,sesamin,ALA,WMS/CS at holland and barrett |
