Gammon Steak

Only a quick question guys.

Has gammon got alot of protein in?

I dont like rump steak so is gammon ok?

Yes.

Can be a bit salty though. Most meat has a similar amount of protein (ish) - have you tried beef sirloin? Nicer than rump.
