Cook for the week or cook each night
Alright ladies and gents out of interest how many people cook all their food at a set point each week, freeze it and defrost as needed and how many just cook each night and when needed, which approach do you feel is best?

I cook it as I need it dude. Easy for me, George Foreman mostly and rice/Potato in the miccy.......

I eat a far bit so that would be loads of food a week

I try and do a large batch and freeze it down, and defrost as required.

I then heat it up each morning and put it in my 'cool' bag (to keep it warm)

I tend to cook several times a day.. evening meal with the family and usually my night food at the same time, on my days off from work i cook all my meals fresh..

You have not got there... "How does your partner cook your meals"

My gf cooks me fresh meals everynight for the following day. Even packs them in nice littles tubs and then takes them out in the morning and puts them on the side counter for me so I dont forget them. When I get home she get's them out of my bag and washes them... what a catch!!

best woman I have had to date.
