newbie diet advise

hi gents

just getting my head around all the diets & nutrition guides but im not sure as what diet i should be on i.e bulking or cutting??

im 12.5st with a beer belly 5ft 9 32 years old.

my build is pretty good exept for a slight beer gut should i continue trainning with the bulking diet ?? & do some cardio

or begin by cutting first??

any help greatly appreceated

wow thanks con some awsome tips there gave me some very good pointers on what to do

looks like 300g protein & 300g of carbs a day

just need to plan it all out then post it here for your approval
