what do i eat on rest days?

Hello,
I have been told recently that i should eat less on rest days. I am currently consuming around 1800 calories a day - approx 110g protien and eating about 5 times a day. So should I cut that down on rest day????? should i limit my carbs on these days????
Any help would be most appreciated.
thanks in advance.

Re: what do i eat on rest days?

I would eat exactly the same on rest days apart from the PWO shake for obvious reasons. Resting is when we recover/grow/etc

Re: what do i eat on rest days?

If your eating 1800 calories a day im guessing your cutting/maintaning then?

IMO your protein intake is too low, 110grams = 440 calories
Your eating 1800 calories so protein makes up 24% of your daily calories. I would up that to atleat 40%. So up your protein to 180 grams a day. That will be 40% of your 1800 calories. (obviously cut fats, carbs accordingly)

Hope that makes sense (i got a hang over lol)

And as already said, apart from PWO shake/meal i would eat the same everyday
